How to Update Billing Information

Members can update the billing information on their account by either updating the information directly, or by saving their new information when purchasing a renewal. If your membership is expired or due for payment, please see the "How to Renew" section farther down on this page, as it will show you how to both renew and update your billing information.

To update the billing information or credit card on file, sign into your Day Trade Dash account at .

If you have an active membership, you'll be lead to the Dashboard where you can click the "Billing & Credit Card" tab and update the information there.

If your membership is expired, you can update your billing information from the "Restricted Access" page by clicking the link to view your Orders & Memberships and then proceeding to Billing Info (see below). 

How to Renew a Membership


Most Day Trade Dash memberships renew automatically as they are subscription-based. Our system sends a reminder email 5 days before, and members can cancel their subscriptions at any time (learn more here).

You can view the "Note" section when viewing your subscription section to confirm renewals. For example:

Subscriptions are also equipped with an easy renewal feature which allows members to renew directly from their Member Control Panel if you wish to renew early or if your previous payment failed to process. If you previously cancelled your subscription, this feature will not be available. Please contact us to reinstate your membership.

If your membership is active, expired, or failed to bill, you can use this renewal feature:

  1. Go to the Orders & Memberships section of your account. If your membership is active, the link is available from the Member's Dashboard, as shown below:

    If your membership has expired, you can reach the "Orders & Memberships" section from the "Restricted Access" page:
  2. Click Manage next to the membership you want to renew
  3. If the renewal feature is available, you'll see a blue button prompting you to click to renew. Click that button.

  4. You'll then be able to choose your payment method on the next screen and complete your purchase. If you are paying with a new credit card, you'll see the option to save your new billing information on your account.

After completing your purchase, you should see that your expiration date has been extended.
